What support do you need?
Sometimes we all need someone to talk to and it can help if it's someone who doesn't know you, your friends or your family. Counselling provides a confidential space to work out your thoughts and your feelings.
Whether you're having difficulties at work, have had a major life event, have experienced a loss, have changes going on for you or just need to make sense of your current situation, I offer a safe space to do this.
It may be that you are experiencing stress, depression or anxiety or relationship issues, or need some support around traumatic events. I am here to explore whatever emotional support you need.
You may feel nervous about having counselling and that is common, but having a place to speak your mind freely and help you work out what is going on for you can be really helpful.
